Today, Monday, September 29, 2025, the Public Prosecutor met with the Head of the Judicial Police Authority. The meeting included discussions on issues related to the management of judicial rulings enforcement and explored possible solutions, including a comprehensive update of the reform and rehabilitation institution within the criminal justice system — both institutionally and in terms of human resources — to reinforce national and international standards. The discussion also covered coordination with the Center for Criminal Research and Training, established by the Public Prosecution Authority to enhance the overall capacity of the criminal justice chain.
The meeting also reviewed the observations of the Judicial Inspection Department and the Case Monitoring Unit in the Office of the Public Prosecutor. The Prosecutor instructed that these issues be addressed within reasonable timeframes that do not conflict with established deadlines.
